I’m not uploading libwebcore.so because its different from one Android build to the other. There is no one libwebcore.so for all Androids so I removed that part to avoid confusion.

Do you mean I HAVE to upload my own specific libwebcore? where to?
ALSO, I tried these but they do NOT ork on the new HD base 1.8xx
as opposed to the previous base 1.7xx

what I meant to say is that there isn’t much you can do about libwebcore.so
you’ll just have to wait until someone releases that file for your specific device.

I tried to make it work, but failed.
I am running this for my CURRENT 1.72 base :

but not for 1.8xx hence my question.

this patch can support Arabic for the keyboard !! like Samsung or gingerbread keyboard ? or it’s only for browser & gmail ? cz I’ve try some arabic patch earlier with darky rom(9.2-9.3) ,but no keyboard support & i had to use the one who i hated “smart keyboard” …. so this one can help ?

التعريب جيد والمحاذاة جيدة
لازالت توجد مشكلة المسافة بعد لا
مشكلة اخرى وهي عند حذف حرف خلفاً لا يعطيني الرسم الصحيح للحرف سواء بعد كتابة حرف او الحرف السابق للحرف المحذوف

مع العلم أن العربية موجودة لكن بالأحرف المنفصلة والقراءة من اليسار الى اليمين.
هل تحيين اندروييد الى جنجربريد 2.3.3 يحل المشكلة وفي صورة نعم كيف؟ مع الإشارة أن التحيين عن طريق سمسونج كيس غير ممكن من تونس

I think the best option for you would be to test custom ROMs given that all Samsung KIES software is odexed. Meaning that you can’t apply my patches here due to the existence of odex files in your /system/framework folder.
You should definitely upgrade your Android from 2.2. If you can find a “DEODEXED” 2.3 rom, then flash it via Odin and use the steps here to make it correctly shape arabic letters.
Better yet, if you can find any ICS ROM (Android 4.0.4). Then you will not even need Arabic shaping from this blog because it will shape letters correctly by default.
